As a Wichita Falls native, and Dallas - Fort Worth resident and small business owner, I'm intimately familiar with the surrounding neighborhoods, school systems, companies, and places to relax and unwind. And while I truly enjoy sharing my knowledge of our beautiful communities, what I enjoy most about being a realtor is meeting new people and learning about their individual home needs. As a homeowner myself, I understand how important it is to listen to my clients' must haves and have nots, so that when I recommend homes to them, it will meet their expectations. I do my best to put my clients at ease and care for their diverse requests as if they are family. Requests have ranged from newcomers who want to live close to work, to locals who need more space for their growing family, to empty-nesters who want to downsize and travel. What's most rewarding about touring homes with clients is when we open the door to the home, they know they'll love living in, and it's also a great investment in their future. My clients have told me what they really appreciated was my no-pressure approach while touring homes, my patience and dedication to finding their ideal home, and how I persistently work on their behalf, whether it's for their home, an investment property, or representing them as a buyer or seller.
